Licence Terms & Conditions

Grant
This software may be installed and used free of charge for evaluation purposes only. Before the software can be used for non-evaluation purposes, it must be registered by purchasing a security code from an approved Geomatix retailer. This licence agreement hereby grants to a purchaser of a security code a non-exclusive right to install and to become a user of the software as follows:-

Single User Personal Licence
The software installation may be created on up to two computers and will be operated exclusively by the owner of the licence code in a non-business environment.

Company-Wide Corporate Licence
The software installation may be created on any number of computers company-wide, or on a network within a business or corporate computing environment.

Non Disclosure
The purchaser undertakes that any security codes or software which is supplied as part of the installation remain confidential and will not be copied or made public or published or otherwise divulged except in accordance with the above conditions and the purchaser further undertakes to ensure that such security codes and software are kept safe and secure at all times.

Definitions
Software means the whole or any part of the self extracting file supplied or the program itself or any of its constituent parts and associated executable and data files.
Installation means any part of the software which have been copied to or otherwise created on the permanent memory of the computer such as a hard disk in accordance with the instructions provided.
Security Codes means alphanumeric codes which enable or disable facilities within the software
Evaluation means the use of this program for non-commercial and non-profit making purposes and where the output from the program will not be supplied to any third party. .
