TideSock Overview | Specification

Input

Delimited data via RS232 / NMEA string via user configurable serial port or LAN.

Database Write

Writes tidal data to any field of any table in a user specifiable database.

Binary Backup

Stores all input data in a compact binary backup file for further analysis.

Displays

Produce numerical configurable text displays on flat screen or LAN connected computers.

Web Upload
Uploads a real-time interactive graph of the tide for display in any web browser on PC, Tablet or Smart Phone.
